Research Laboratories and Clean Rooms |
We
understand the financial impact our clients face when their facility and/or
contract obligations are adversly affected due to design, permitting and/or
construction delays. For this reason, we strive to anticipate
and mitigate risk by creating a milestone schedule and a critical item
list during the development of our construction schedule. These two items
are key because what matters most may change from time to time during
the course of the project. Kerry's project manager generates the Master Project Schedule to track the milestones, design, long lead items, fabrication, permit processing, manpower requirements, critical action items and construction during the course of the project to keep all team members on schedule. |
