The Master Project Schedule is used as a basis for staus evaluation and critical path analysis. Progress reports are made on a ongoing manner as determined at the onset of each project. Each month a set of scheduling analysis reports and summaries are prepared as part of the progress reports.

eliminate conflicts. The primary objectives in developing the integrated schedule is to set out the work plan for all independent functions and to identify the critical path or paths for the project. Throughout the duration of the project, this schedule, once approved, is the control schedule from which all further detailed scheduling follows. It is necessary to refer back to this schedule to analyze and resolve any potential conflicts. Updating is necessary as the input data changes and modifications are developed where necessary to maintain the critical milestones.

The Project Construction Schedule
A list of historical data concerning the completed work and any potential problems. This report shows construction activities, material and equipment delivery, changes and completion of systems, and the potential impact caused by acceleration or slippage of the critical path. Information to include contractors and their activities for the reporting period, their manpower utilization and productivity, needs and availability, and material/ equipment status.

Critical Action Report
A sequential time schedule of critical activities will be produced by responsibility, which will show pending decisions or actions that will have to be taken by individuals by specific dates in order for the project to function per schedule.

Financial Report
Cost and accounting information including cost-to-date, committed cost, projected cost to complete, recommended contingency allowances, and estimated cost at completion. Anticipated cash flow requirements will also be included.

Administration Report
During the life of the project the following reports will be available to all team members for review: Daily Job Reports indicating weather conditions, delays and their causes, visitors, safety and security; Requests for Information; Requests for Proposals; Change Order Proposals; Drawings, specifications, and contract documents; and Submittals.
