Kerry conducts a review of soil investigation reports, test borings and the bearing capacity of the subsoils. The accuracy of contractor's planning is checked and layout of the sites, the buildings thereon, their elevations and all utilities.

Inspections and test results are then recorded on appropriate forms. All follow-up and corrective action is identified where materials and workmanship do not conform to the contract specifications.

g Concrete placement controls including rate of placement, method of placement, vibration & construction joints.

g Concrete placement, finishing, curing and protection.
g Structural steel erection.
g System cleaning (HVAC, Plumbing, etc), flushing and hydrostatic testing.
g Installation of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation tubing.
g Installation of electrical power and control cable including cable tray and duct banks.
g Building materials. All required tests are witnessed and certified.
g Workmanship and finishes.
